Use accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. Production must add final eligibility and age requirements before launch.
Clear expectations for shoppers, makers, and the marketplace between them.
These terms are written in plain language so people can understand the rules they are agreeing to. This build is a product and policy foundation, not ClaraWide’s final lawyer-reviewed contract.
Use ClaraWide normally. Treat people fairly. Keep protected purchases on ClaraWide.
Read product details, maker policies, processing estimates, shipping or pickup information, and the order total before purchasing.
Buyer-protection, order, refund, dispute, and moderation tools apply only according to ClaraWide’s published rules for eligible ClaraWide transactions.
If a maker asks you to leave ClaraWide to pay through another app, website, direct invoice, QR code, or private arrangement, that payment is not an approved ClaraWide transaction and may not receive ClaraWide protection or support.
Verified reviews should describe the actual purchase experience. Reviews may not be bought, traded for a positive rating, falsified, or used for threats or harassment.
Disagreement and ordinary criticism are allowed. Threats, bullying, targeted harassment, stalking-like conduct, doxxing, coercion, and similar abuse are not.
Selling access comes with responsibilities to shoppers and the marketplace.
Makers must provide accurate seller and business information and complete the production verification steps ClaraWide requires before selling or receiving payouts.
Listings must accurately represent what is being sold. Makers are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and authority needed for the products, images, branding, descriptions, and other content they publish.
Do not use ClaraWide messages, posts, listings, images, QR codes, payment handles, outside invoices, websites, or social channels to redirect a ClaraWide shopper to complete the transaction elsewhere.
Processing times, shipping methods, tracking, pickup arrangements, inventory, cancellations, and shop policies must be represented honestly and kept reasonably current.
At this launch foundation, ClaraWide’s seller marketplace fee is 5% of eligible merchandise after maker discounts and the listing fee is $0.00. Shipping and tax are outside that 5% marketplace-fee calculation. Future required fee changes must be disclosed before their effective date.
Payout speed is based on fulfillment history and account standing. New shops begin with the more protective payout schedule. Faster payout timing cannot be purchased.
Makers must participate in ClaraWide’s cancellation, return, refund, dispute, and evidence processes. Eligible merchandise refunds may proportionally reverse the related ClaraWide marketplace fee.
Premium themes and ClaraWide shop-build services may customize a storefront, but purchasing them does not improve search rank, feed distribution, Spotlight rotation, Clara’s Picks, or Top Shops scoring.
The order record matters because it is how ClaraWide knows what happened.
The listing, maker policies, product options, processing estimate, shipping/pickup choices, discounts, fees, and applicable tax form the purchase context.
ClaraWide creates the shopper receipt and separate maker-order records needed to track fulfillment, payout, refunds, and support.
Shipment, tracking, pickup, messages, cancellations, and case activity remain connected to the order rather than becoming disconnected side agreements.
ClaraWide can use the order record, messages, policy snapshot, tracking, evidence, and payment history to evaluate the issue under the applicable marketplace rules.
An outside payment may not have a ClaraWide order record, payout hold, refund path, dispute history, delivery protection, or moderation context. ClaraWide cannot promise protection for a private side transaction it did not process.
Enforcement should follow behavior, context, severity, and history—not who reported first.
Clara may block or hold content that appears to involve serious threats, harassment, prohibited transaction redirection, QR/payment bypasses, or other policy risks.
Reports may include surrounding messages or activity so reviewers can understand the full interaction. If both parties violate policy, both can receive appropriate action.
Blocked or actioned users should have a clear review path. An overturned automated decision should not remain as a policy strike and should become false-positive tuning data.
Depending on severity and history, action can include warnings, content blocks, feature restrictions, trust or payout consequences, listing/shop restrictions, suspension, or removal.
Serious threats, stalking, doxxing, fraud, or other high-risk conduct may justify immediate restrictions while the matter is reviewed.
ClaraWide may explain the policy category behind a decision without publishing exact detection thresholds or instructions for bypassing safety systems.
Important terms should be versioned instead of quietly rewritten under people.
Production should record which version an account accepted, the account, role, timestamp, and the acceptance source.
If required fees or other material obligations change later, ClaraWide should provide advance notice and a clear effective date rather than silently applying a new rule.
Orders should retain the applicable fee, policy, product, and fulfillment information from the time of purchase so later edits do not rewrite historical transactions.
Every account accepts the shopper/community layer. Makers separately acknowledge seller responsibilities when they activate selling access.
One more clear agreement before email verification.
You are accepting the shopper marketplace foundation shown above. Maker-specific terms are acknowledged separately if you later activate a maker account.
