Act like an adult, not somebody’s nightmare.

Disagreement, criticism, joking, frustration, and ordinary profanity are not automatically violations. Behavior becomes a problem when it targets, intimidates, threatens, stalks, coerces, doxxes, or repeatedly harasses another person.

No threats of violence, property damage, or showing up at someone’s home or business.
No bullying, targeted harassment, sexual harassment, stalking-like persistence, or repeated unwanted contact.
No doxxing, publishing private location information, intimidation, extortion, or encouraging others to dogpile someone.
Reports are reviewed in context. If both people are violating the rules, both accounts can be actioned.

BUYER SAFETY

Keep ClaraWide purchases on ClaraWide.

If a seller asks you to pay somewhere else, that payment is not an approved ClaraWide transaction. ClaraWide may not be able to protect, moderate, refund, or resolve a purchase that leaves the platform.

Do not send marketplace payment through outside apps, websites, QR codes, direct invoices, or social DMs because a seller asks you to.
ClaraWide order records, buyer-protection tools, disputes, and refund support apply to eligible ClaraWide transactions—not private side deals.
If something feels wrong, keep the conversation in ClaraWide and report it.
