v0.12.19 keeps the frozen checkout/fulfillment/tracking chain and adds linked order-exception evidence. Open cancellation, return, claim, or dispute cases can now hold payout progression without rewriting the immutable sale.

PRODUCTION LATERCheckout delivery, tracking, notifications and order-exception state machines now have server foundations. Real carrier/provider integrations, refund execution, dispute deadlines, payout execution/reversal and production support authorization remain production gates.

The disposable self-test proves split records, cross-maker denial, stale-tab rejection, shipping/pickup lifecycles, buyer aggregation and parent completion only after all makers finish.

CHECKOUT HANDOFF

Did the shopper choose the fulfillment method?

The server must freeze delivery details plus exactly one Shipping/Pickup choice for every maker in the held cart. A Maker cannot rewrite that choice after payment.

Are order milestones durable?

Buyer/maker order and payout events are saved in D1. Email handoffs are intentionally blocked until an external provider is connected.
