Prototype boundary
This release models notification categories, unread state, filters, deep links, dismissal, mark-read behavior, role-aware counts, and per-category in-app/email preferences. Authenticated order/payout recipients, durable server event records, read state, deduplication keys, and blocked email handoff records are now live in the server foundation. Production still requires an external email/push provider, device tokens, delivery retries, preference enforcement, unsubscribe/compliance handling, rate controls, security-event rules, and provider delivery audit.
