STEP 1 · SELLER EXPECTATIONS

Keep ClaraWide customers and payments on ClaraWide.

You can talk about your business and be a real person. What you cannot do is use ClaraWide to acquire a shopper and then redirect that shopper somewhere else to complete the sale.

Not allowed for a ClaraWide transactionPayment links or handles, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, direct PayPal payment, outside invoices, “buy on my site instead,” social DMs used to arrange payment, QR codes, or other redirects intended to move the sale off-platform.

I understand that using ClaraWide messages, posts, listings, images, QR codes, or other features to redirect a ClaraWide shopper to an outside payment or sale violates seller policy.I have reviewed and accept the ClaraWide Maker Terms for this launch foundation.I will follow the same Community Rules that apply to shoppers, including the harassment, threat, stalking, doxxing, and intimidation rules.

STEP 2 · SELLER FEES

Know what ClaraWide charges before you build the shop.

Seller fees should not be a surprise after you have already invested time setting up products and storefronts.

Fees can evolve later—but not by ambush.If ClaraWide changes seller fees later, makers should receive substantial advance notice and a clear updated disclosure. ClaraWide should not surprise makers with retroactive charges.

I reviewed and understand ClaraWide’s current seller fees: $0 listing fee at launch; 5% marketplace fee on eligible merchandise after maker discounts; shipping and tax excluded from that fee; and no separate buyer platform surcharge at launch.

STEP 3 · MAKER IDENTITY

Tell ClaraWide who is responsible for the shop.
