Can a maker actually use ClaraWide without Nicole becoming the instruction manual?
This center records the evidence that matters in a real founding-maker pilot: what makers complete by themselves, when ClaraWide's own guidance is enough, where facilitator help is needed, and what genuinely blocks the journey.
Define success before looking at the results
These are planning defaults, not industry standards. Adjust the size/thresholds deliberately; ClaraWide never auto-marks the master pilot task Complete.
Pilot evidence checklist
The score can tell you when evidence looks promising. Only the founder can decide whether the pilot is acceptable and whether exceptions are understood.
Are the maker-pilot destinations actually reachable?
This same-origin audit fetches every route used by the pilot journey and verifies it returns an HTML document. It does not prove the workflow on that page is correct.
How to score each journey step
Founder smoke checks for the Pilot Center
These checks prove the tracker works. They are not a substitute for inviting real makers.
Record a maker journey
Use a shop name or pilot alias. Avoid sensitive identity/payment information in this browser-local QA record.
Founding-maker evidence
Qualifying means the session met the current self-service/facilitator thresholds and had no required untested/blocked steps. It is still not automatic launch approval.
Log friction or a blocker
Pilot friction and blockers
Critical/High open findings and sessions with a required Blocked stage surface in Admin Operations.
Export or reset the QA layer
Export includes targets, journey definitions, sessions, scoring summary, findings, founder smoke checks and route-audit history. Reset QA preserves real pilot session records.
Final launch approval
Once the founding-maker pilot produces credible evidence, ClaraWide can assemble the final sign-off gate: critical launch tasks, policies, support readiness, unresolved exceptions, production evidence and an explicit founder approval record.
